Flashing Lights Entertainment Media Group (“FLEMG”) is a dynamic media company whose purpose is to identify, showcase and support up - and - coming talent from independent short-films to emerging diverse media cultures and even musical artists from around the world. FLEMG’s creation was born from the appreciation for the arts and entertainment industry by four charismatic individuals: Marcello Mazzoncini, Erik Narvaez, Anthony Rivera and William White. Each of these individuals brings unique skill sets, various cultural and life experiences and above all, a passion to thrive in the arts and entertainment industry. The drive of FLEMG is to discover and introduce new and upcoming talent to global recognition through various venues such as the annual on-line independent short-film competitions, the future Asian-American Film Festival, the “Old School 4 Life” themed functions and ultimately, through FLEMG’s own fashion and film divisions. FLEMG believes that supporting local talent in conjunction with establishing long-term corporate relationships will propel this venture and become the leader in global media enterprise management.
